Upper West Side Residence

This 2,000 sf prewar co-op was modified and modernized. The public spaces were opened up to bring in natural light, brightening rooms that provide a backdrop for our artist client’s work. The buildout also included a new kitchen, air conditioning, lighting and millwork.
