Greenwich Village Residence

Combining two adjacent apartments required reconfiguring 2,200 sf in a postwar co-op. Our design includes a clean modern kitchen open to the living room and music nook, four bedrooms, three baths and an office. The palette features white cabinetry, reclaimed oak accent walls, graphic tile and vintage furniture. A fireplace and central air conditioning were also added.
West Village Townhouse

This will be a full gut renovation of a four-story, 3,500sf townhouse in the historic and highly landmarked West Village. The renovation will include raising the roof and excavating the garden level, as well as full structural, MEP and interior buildout. We will modernize the home while still keeping the charm of the original house and neighborhood.
West Chelsea Residence

This 750 sf apartment adjacent to the High Line promenade aims to actually bring nature inside. The reconfiguration of the apartment will yield a main space with a living moss wall, accompanied by warm walnut walls and cabinetry. The design includes a new minimalist kitchen and bathroom, and large sliding doors to open up the space.

This 1,600 sf garden level apartment is getting lighten and brighten on the inside and outside. The design includes all new interiors and hardscaped garden, sitting and BBQ area.
