This house is a gut renovation of a well-known John Black Lee mid-century modern home. The exterior of the original home was preserved and augmented with a new a 4,000 sf master suite, gym and garage. The interiors were gutted and redesigned to create spacious, luxurious and transparent spaces filled with light and warmth.

This project was a collaboration with JSA, Design Architect and Ampersand Archtitecture, Architect of Record.
